Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Suspicious densities mean the area have abnormal structure as per the radiological evaluation of the x-ray, which might be:
• Some infection or inflammation related, tuberculosis, lung parenchymal disorders, tumors benign or malignant related to long-term (chronic) exposure to certain ailments as silicone or pollens at workplace, and others.

Actual correlation has to be carried out in concern with the details of history as well as person complaints and physical findings. Welcome with all further details for next step of guidance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
