What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Hi I'm Mija. I had x-ray for my lungs and the result is I have Fibroid densities in my right upper lung, fibro nodular and hazy infeltrates seen in my left upper lung, thick walled luscency noted both of upper lungs and my heart and other chest structures are unremarkable.

1. fibroid densities signify old healed lesion [probably from infection with tuberculosis] and fibro nodular/hazy infiltrates means minimal PTB infection, but do consult a chest specialist [Pulmonologist] since there are other numerous lung causes which can cause the same and moreover he needs to take a thorough examination to determine whether it is old scarring or something new.

2. heart and other chest structures are unremarkable means that all structures which are seen on imaging are normal. [i.e. no pathology or unexpected abnormalities]
