What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

I had 2x x-ray, my first xray, findings: Suspicious densities are seen in the left upper lung. Heart is not enlarged. Diaphragm and the rest of the visualized thoracic structures are unremarkable. My second x-ray, findings:Apicolordotic view shows minimal hazed density in the left upper lobe. Impression: consider PTB, minimal, left I ask what is the best ang fast medicine for that and how long take the medicine? Because i apply in production.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the x ray report you have mentioned.
You are having hazing ss in upper lobe.
Hazziness on chest x ray is mostly due to infection. Upper lobe infection is commonly seen with tuberculosis.
So possibility of tuberculosis is more in your case.
So you need to start anti tubercular drugs.
Usually these drugs are given for 6-8 months.
There is no quick cure for tuberculosis. You're have to take drugs for at least 6-8 months.
Rifampicin, isoniazid, pyrazinamide and ethambutol should become given for first 2 months and rifampicin and isoniazid should be given for next 4-6 months.
Don't worry, with appropriate treatment, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks
