What Does The Following X-ray Report Indicate?

Hi I took a fall of my bicycle yesterday on to my right hip. have to walk with crutches do to pain. The radiologist report was this: Tthe bones are adequately mineralized,. The sacroiliac joints an pubic symphysis are intact. the imaged sacral arcuate line are maintained. The joint spaces are maintained. alignment is anatomic. there are no periarticular erosions. No aggressive osseous lesion present. there is no acute fracture or dislocation. A well-corticated ossific fragment at the posterior aspect of the left acetabular roof may reflect an os acetabula or remote stress injury. A focus meneraliztion adjacent to the left ischial tuberosity may be on the basis of remote hamstring injury. So I m glad nothing is broken but should I worry about the ossific fragment and what is the focus mineralization. could these be old injuries? Thank you

Radiologist 's  Response
Hello

Your findings is almost normal except a ossific fragment in left acetabular roof.It is most likely related to stress injury.Chronic and excessive stress may lead to avulsion of bony fragment. It is not a serious finding.

Also there is a focused mineralization adjacent to left ischial tuberosity and it may also be related to old hamstring injury. At the pathological injured site, there may be deposition of calcium in long term.

Other findings are normal. There is no fracture.Bone density and joint space are also normal.

Get well soon.
Take Care
