Welcome to Health care magic.
1.Your report suggest normal findings.
2.Uterus is normal anteverted ( flexed anteriorly in relation to urinary bladder) its one of the normal position.
3.Ovaries are normal, no lesions in the adnexa ( uterus and ovary area)
4.No lesions in the uterus. endometrium thickened - it can be normal in proliferative phase / before period.
5.No free fluid in the cul de sac ( pelvic region) means no infection like pelvic inflammatory changes.
6.Over all your report is normal. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
