Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is a disk between the vertebral bodies, due to hard working nature, age related the disc gets loss of hydration and bulges - seen at different levels in your scan.
2.The ligamentum flavum hypertrophy which is seen posterior to the spinal cord.
3.There is a pressure effect on the spinal chord causing indentation on the thecal sac.
4.The bulged disc seen causing pressure effect on the nerve root / foramen.
5.In this case treatment includes exercises which gives good relief in your case, if not responding the next step will be physiotherapy followed by the intervention in last stage, which will not be needed in your case.
6. Regular back exercises / yoga is good enough please try with out fail.

Good luck.
