What Does The Following EKG Result Indicate?

I was wondering if my ekg results can be interpreted Vent rate:104 --Durations-- Qrs:84 ms --Intervals-- RR:574 ms Pr: Qt:320 ms Qtc:397 ms Qtd:54 ms --Axes-- P: ° QRS: 16° T: 3° Possible atrial flutter with rapid ventricular response Anterior T wave changes are borderline abnormaL Do i need to be worried?

If that was for a short period and didn't cause any alarming situation then you are good. But you definitely need a cardiologist consultation and if possible do get your self checked up by an electrophysiologist.
