What Does The Following ECG Finding Mean?

my husband had an ECG the other day the findings are: Marked Sinus Bradycardia; Anterolateral and inferior wall ischemia. what does this mean and what are our options? thanks

Thanks for your question on HCM. Sorry to say but your husband has some serious heart issues. Anteroinferior and lateral wall ischaemia suggest wall motion abnormality and hypokinesia of inferior and lateral walls. These two walls are important for proper heart function. Damage to these walls cause hypotension and bradycardia. So I will suggest you to undergo angiography as soon as possible and start treatment.
