What the meaning of:

No active lung infiltrates.
Heart is not enlarged by CT ratio.
Pulmonary vascular markings are within normal.
The hemidiaphragm and costophrenic sulci are intact.
The visualized soft tissues and osseous structures are unremarkable.

You have normal chest X-ray report.
Lung parenchyma is normal.There is no active infection.
Heart size is also normal.
Pulmonary blood vessels are normal.
Both hemidiaphragm and costophrenic angles are intact and clear.
Visualized soft tissue and bones are also normal.
