What Does The Findings In The Report Suggest?

Suspicious opacities are seen in the right upper lung field, partially obscured by the overlying osseous structures. The heart is not enlarged. The trachea is midline. The costophrenic angles and hemidiaphrams are intact. The osseous structures and soft tissues are unremarkable.
