What Does The Fecalysis Regarding The Abdominal Pain Indicate?

I head severe abdominal pain and diarrhea. The results of my fecalysis are: Parasite- E.histolytica cyst; Pus cells- 25-30/hpf; RBC- 10-15/hpf; Occult Blood- 1+; Mucus-3+. Please interpret this results. Thanks. plz help

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from colitis (intestine infection) due to protozoa (entamoeba histolytica).
This is indicated by presence of cysts of entamoeba histolytica,pus cells,RBC ,occult blood etc in stool.
Culture of stool should also be done.
You need medicines like metronidazole.
You should take adequate fluids.
