General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The heart is divided into a left and right side. Both sides consist of an upper part called the atrium and a lower part called the ventricles.

Blood goes from the atria to the ventricles through valves. On the left side of the heart, the blood in the ventricles then goes to the body.

The report states that the left ventricle is dilated or wider than it should be. No hypertrophy means there is no thickening of the walls of the heart.
There is a decrease in the amount of blood ejected from the left side of the heart to the body.

The left atrium is also dilated (wider than it should be).

There is some thickening due to deposits, on the valves on the left side of the heart- the mitral valve (leads from left atrium to ventricle) and the aortic valve( leads from ventricle to body).

I hope this helps
