What Does The Chest X-ray Result Suggest?

My chest x-ray result is HAZY DENSITIES ARE SEEN IN THE RIGHT MID LUNG, THE REST OF THE LUNGS ARE CLEAR, PULMONARY VASCULAR MARKINGS ARE NORMAL, THE CARDIAC SHADOW IS NOT ENLARGED, THE DIAPHRAGM, SINUSES AND OTHER INCLUDED CHEST STRUCTURES ARE NOT UNUSUAL. CONSIDER PTB VS. PNEUMONIA, RIGHT MID LUNG

Except hazy lung densities in the right mid lung your chest X-ray result is normal. However, the presence of hazy densities is suggestive of either pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) or pneumonia. For further confirmation you should consult your physician for clinical examination and investigations. Im my opinion if you have a cough for long time with low grade fever and weight loss then it is suggestive of PTB and sputum microscopy is a good investigation to diagnose this. If you have high grade fever with chills and the problem is acute then chances of pneumonia are high.
