It is showing changes of bronchitis (inflammation of the airways). Prominent bronchovascular markings on chest x ray is seen with bronchitis. So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (pulmonary function test). PFT will not only diagnose bronchitis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease. You may need inhaled treatment in the form of inhaled bronchodilator and inhaled corticosteroids.
