Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

1.broncho-vascular markings are prominent
This means the respiratory passages might be hypersensitive to dust or pollen or any other substance causing inflammation and that is known as bronchitis.

2.bilateral hilar shadows are normal
The entry of the main airways and vessels to each lung is normal.

3.mediastinum and domes are normal
The central part of chest and domes of diaphragm (which separate chest from abdomen) is normal.

4.costophrenic angles are clear
No abnormal fluid accumulation is noted in the chest cavity.

5.cardiac size and shape is normal
The heart shadow is normal.

6.soft tissues and bony cage under view are normal
The bones and chest walls are normal.

For prominent brooncovascular markings, it is important to know if she is having symptoms of asthma or breathlessness and treatment must be taken after consulting your doctor.
