What Does The Blood Test Report Of A 44 Year Old Woman Indicate?

My 44 year old niece had blood work done with very abnormal results - AST was 793, ALT was 500, Amylase was 16, Lipase was 3, & Alkaline Phosphatase was 417. She had a gastric bypass when she was 21 & had two children soon thereafter. Also she has been treated for a sinus infection for over a year now with many antibiotics - including interveniously. Her doctor sent a home nurse to her home to give her hydration & more antibiotics a couple of days ago for another 2 week period & today, after getting her blood work back, she was told to get an ultrasound today, which she did. Is she in serious trouble & shouldn t she be seeing specialists immediately?
