What Does The Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hello, My 5 yr old son just had some labs done last month and I was just concerned about a few things. WBC count was 19.1 Platelet count 621 both of those were flagged as high, and the PLT estimate says increased Poikilocytosis says slight and anisocytosis says slight. Should I be concerned? His doctor said it was probably just a reaction to a virus or bacteria because he was sick but he has been sick a lot lately.
