What Does The Blood Test Regarding Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis Indicate?

Hello, my daughter has JIA the systemic form but only now takes methotrexate 5mg once every 4 weeks. Last week she had her routine blood test and the AST was 282 and ALT was 405. We have done more blood test this week, for Epstein Barr, Hepititus A, gGT ecc. gGT came back at 64, AST 105 ALT 582. We are now quite concerned.
