What Does The Below Stool Sample Report Of An Infant Suggest?

My 7 months baby stool sample report has just come. Starch Cells: present(+); Ova: Nil; Cysts: Nil; Amoebae: Nil; Vegetable Cells: Nil; Pus Cells: present ++(20 to 25/hpf with many sheets); RBC: Nil; Macrophages: Nil; Amorphous Faecal matter: Present(+); Fat gobules: Present(++); Color: greenish yellow; Mucus: present; Consistency: Semi-fluid; Blood:Nil.

The stool report suggests presence of pus cells.
Pus cells are seen in cases of gastrointestinal tract infection.
