What Does The Below Blood Test Report Indicate?

hi

i got my blood results back and it shows that i have a problem with Haematology problems within my blood sells.



The lowest results are : haemoqlobin 12.0 it should be 12.4 to 16.7

mch 26.3 27-35

leucocyte count 3.76 x 10^9/l 4.0-12

neutrophils 0.71 2.0-7.5

What does this mean?

Hi, dear.
Your hemoglobin is slightly lower than normal. Your mch is slightly low suggest you have mild hypochromic anemia. Your total wbc count and neutrophil count is normal. So need to worry about that.
You may have some iron deficiency. You should go for serum iron and ferritin level. You should take iron rich food like jeggary, dates, green leafy vegetables, dry fruits etc. Take oral iron supplements also if needed.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
