What Does The Below Echo Report Indicate?

Hello sir...I am santosh kumar chaubey....suffering with RHD from alst 20 years...already gone fot three times ballooning..last time it was in 2006 in bangalore in Narayan hrudyalaya. Just now i got my echo and now mitral valve area is showing .8 cm2. Still I don't haver any symptoms. So can I wait for some more tome for balooning/replacement or it is urgent now to go for that

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have RHD and your mitral valve diameter is decreased. You have mitral valve stenosis. However if you don't have any symptoms then you can wait for some time. You should consult your doctor and check your other parameters. If al are ok then you can wait forsome more time safely.
