Geriatrics Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Looking at the values, my comments are as follows:
1. S. paratyphi A - O titre is low, even though it is positive, its level is normal for your population.
2. S. paratyphi C - O value are high. As it is prevalent more in your population, local levels are important for interpretation.
3. S.paratyphi B - H values are high enough to diagnose as positively suffering from paratyphoid B disease.

However, repeating the test and checking for rising titres is very important.
At present, based on prevalence and antibody titre, I would say - you have paratyphoid B fever. Consult your doctor for treatment.

Any further queries, happy to help again.
