What Does The Absence Of Sac In Uterus During Pregnancy Indicate?
My pregnamcy test came put positive , so in getting a tvs done there was no sac visualized in my uterus and a large amount of free fluid in POD .my right ovary could not be visualized . I have had history of infections earlier including vaginitis .. what does this mean ?

Well, the findings you have mentioned may be due to some ectopic pregnancy. But it cannot be confirmed now. I would rather suggest you to visit your gynecologist with this report. He/she can examine you for pain, tenderness and other symptoms like discharge etc and come to a diagnosis.
