My wife is 27+ years old and she is suffereing from stomach pain from last 3 days. After USG it found the result " Both kidneys are normal in size and parenchymal thickness with slightly hyperechoic medullary pyramids in their periphery. Pelvicalyceal system is not dilated. No calculus seen. Right kidney shows a tiny (8.8) mm sized cortical syst in upper third. Right kidney measures 97 mm. Left kidney measures 99mm.
There is a small 8.8 mm cyst in the right kidney. This is not causing any pain. It would have been better to scan the entire abdomen and pelvis for a stomach pain. The possible causes can include gall bladder stone and pancreas in the upper abdomen and the uterus and ovaries for lower abdominal pain.
