Hi Thanks for your question.
RBC 5 to 6 hpf in urine sample indicates that your mother is either having urinary tract infection or there's a small stone some where in urinary tract. A second condition which can also show same result is if the sample is taken while your mother had her periods.Hope this answers your question

Your report shows presence of 4-6 RBCs which may be considered as normal.
