General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to Health care magic.
1.There is a disc between vertebrae, which contains high quantity of water, when this hydration reduces due to degenerative changes, trauma.
2.This disc slips, Generally posteriorly - and posteriorly we have the nerves passing through the foramen and chord in the spinal canal.
3.But in your case - there is mild protrusion - but this not giving any pressure effect on the nerve / chord - so its in very early stage can be rectified by small exercises.
4.There is normal lordotic curve in the spine - its lost and seen straightened in your case - its because muscle stiffness, a muscle relaxant will help.
5.Visit ortho specialist and get some exercises, colour support if required.
6.Your report over all seems to be normal - nothing much to worry. Good luck.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
