Welcome to health care magic.

1.The spine MRI must be showing the disc bulge causing the nerve root compression posteriorly.
2.In that case the laminectomy is indicated in order to release the compressing nerve.
3. Demyeinating disease is neuro endocrine abnormalities seen in MRI brain as increased signal changes.
4.Most commonly its congenital abnormalities seen in the grey white matter with hyper intense on T2 and FLAIR.
5.It needs through investigations in order to treat the underlying cause.

Good luck.
