What Does The HSG Report Indicate Regarding Uterus?

hye doctor.... I am anne from Malaysia.. ive done my HSG last week... and this is my report... please advice me for the results. tq the cervical opening was cannulated using leech Wilkinson cannula and about 20cc of water-soluble contrast was injected in a retrograde fashion. The uterus fills normally, with no evidence of contour abnormality, filling defect, septum, stricture, mass or bicornuate configuration. The isthmus of both fallopian tubes arewere opacified, beyond which no opacification of the tubes were demonstrated. IM buscopan 20mg stat dose was given, after which the fallopian tubes were not opacified also. No spillage was seen bilaterally. Features are suggestive on non patent fallopian tubes bilaterally

Hi I think you should go for a laparoscopy to confirm that the tubes are blocked because in 20 to 30 percent cases HSG is incorrect.
