What Does The EKG Indicate?

I have ekg results that read: sinus rhythm, minor high-lateral repolarization disturbance, consider ischemia, LV overload or aspecific change, small negative T in aVL with flat or low negative T in 1, ECG without significant abnormalities. I am a 52 year old female and have a history of mitral valve prolapse. Can you please tell me in words I can understand, what these results indicate? Thank you. My name is Denise.

Hi Denise,
First let me tell you that, people with MVP, may face some heart rhythm problems. Secondly, most of time what EKG machine interprets is not correct, We people who are trained in Cardiology rarely believe it, most of time overlook it. And would also advice you to do same.
The changes as stated by you, most probably is normal, can be only confirmed once if we see it. But I assure you these sort of changes are very common in females and in some cases associated with high blood pressure. So you need not to worry.
