Hello and welcome to HCM,

The CT scan of the abdomen suggests presence of benign neoplasm in the liver.
The benign neoplasm in the liver is most probably a hemangioma.
Hemangioma is the commonest benign tumor of liver and it is vascular in nature.
The management of the tumor is surgical excision.
The second finding is presence of some changes in the perinephric soft tissue.
There is possibility of pyelonephritis which is inflammation of the perinephric soft tissue.
Further investigations like intravenous pyelography also needs to be done to look for any abnormality in the kidneys.
Further management will depend on the result of further investigations.
You need to consult a surgeon for the above mentioned problems.

Thanks and take care
