What Does The CT Of The Abdomen Indicate?

Hello my husband got an ultrasound and I don't know if it means we should be extremely worried. We are very worried because the liver it's a very important organ. Here are the results: the liver is difusely echogenic. It is enlarged measuring up to 19.3 cm in length. There is an area of possible focal fatty sparing adjacent to the gallbladder. A CT of the abdomen is suggested for confirmation.
Bile ducts: intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts not dilated.
Gallbladder: Normal. There are no showing calculi. There is no gallbladder wall thickening. There is no pericholescystic fluid. There is not evidence for positive sonographic Murphy's sign.
Spleen: normal
Kidneys: both are normal in size and echotexture without solid or cystic masses, hydronephrosis or nephrolithianis
Pancrea: poorly visualized due to overlying bowel gas
Aorta and IVC: Normal
Ascites: none
Impression: finding suggestive for fatty liver with possible focal fatty sparing near the gallbladder.
