Hi I'm Elizabeth bropho I've been feeling a bit unwell lately I've been having sweat hands dizzy a bit off my hands s been shaky my palms are feeling sweaty could it be a sighn of diabetes also hunger pains no feelings in my handsa sighn of sore back please help me

It is the sign obesity it is seen in diabetes also u have to check your blood sugar levels n also the lipid profile.
