General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Right apical density doesn't mean cancer only.. And don't think directly for danger diagnosis

Your work up needed as follow....
-Auscultation
-sputum examination
-smoking and clinical history
-if needed biopsy can be done as further work up

Clinical correlation is necessary for diagnosis

The opacity can be filled pus in alveoli secondary to infection.. For which antibiotic course is needed

According to cause further specific treatment given

Consult physician for examination and further work up and treatment

Take care
