What Does Stool Test Report Suggest?

i have a brown loose stool with mucus and with lab examination undigested fat and vegetable globules was found . red cells : 5-10 /HPF and pus cells:50-60 /HPF .
the remarks:
rotavirus in stool is recommended
notice that there is no blood, cysts, trophozoites or parasite ova.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of stool examination is as follows:
There is presence of pus cells in stools.
It suggests presence of infection in the gastrointestinal tract (GIT).
There is presence of red blood cells also which suggests bleeding in the GIT.
There is no evidence of parasitic infection which is suggested by presence of cysts, trophozoites or ova in the sample.

However, due to presence of inflammatory cell raises the suspicion of rota virus infection.
Rota virus cannot be seen on stool examination and its detection requires serological tests.
