Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

According to your urinalysis test, there was presence of 3-5 pus cells/WBCs, 4-10 red blood cells, no squamous epithelial cells & none bacteria under high power field of microscope. There was also slight presence of mucous , oxalate crystals also. The report you have summitted is otherwise wrongly written as many findings are diufficult to understand.
So altogether your urine analysis is indicative of slight urinary tract infection in you. Presence of urinary tract or kidney stones is also a possibility for such problem. Clinical correlation with symptoms & signs is also recommended.

Refer to your physician
