What Does Spotting, Negative Pregnancy Test And No Periods Indicate ?

I have taken mulitpal pregnancy tests and they all come back negative. I have had spotting once for one day and i haven t had my period in Three months. I think that something is wrong with me what could it be?

hi welcome to health care magic.see as you said pregnancy test negative then we have to work up for it you have to do some blood report like prothrombin,lh fsh and also do sonography to find out the reason then concern gynec for that.
