What Does Spot On Lungs In X Ray Indicate?

i take my medical a week a go and they do 2x x-ray because they tell me that they can read my chest x-ray.after that they do sputum test and blood.the result is negative,but they told me they seen a small spot on my lungs?i can't understand that they telling us it's tv?

Thanks for writing in.

Unexplained cough for two months with fever and weight loss may be indicative of TB chest and needs detailed evaluation. If there is a spot on X ray, a repeat X ray may be done after a while to know any change in size. If the confusion still persists after repeat X ray then you can get a chest CT scan to confirm X ray findings.
