In my urine test today, spermatozoa was found. I read online that it might mean infertility. I would like to mention that i ejculated last night and didn't went for urination before the urine test. The urine i gave for exam was the first after ejaculation.

Hi there,

It is not normal to find spermatozoa in your urine. You are mentioning that you ejaculated last night without going for urination before the urine test.

If this is your case, I advise to repeat the urine test again. This time, try not to ejaculate prior the testing. Please collect the morning urine sample as following:
- let the first urine flow in the bathroom
- then, collect your mid-stream urine sample

If spermatozoa is still present, then, further evaluations of your genitalia should be carried out to exclude infection or other problems.

All the best!
Dr.Sejdini
