What Does Slight Laxity Of EG Junction And Mild Reflux In Esophagus Suggest?

I had endoscopy performed today and impression was: erythema and congestion in 2nd pard of duodenum compatible with duodenitis. polyp in fundus. some slight laxity of the EG junct. was noted on retroflexion. mild reflux in esophagus. mild erythema in the antrum compatible with gastritis. HIDA Scan suggested. Could these symptoms be caused by gallbladder disease. Hx in family of disease with no stones, Biliary dyskinesia and pancreatitis. Suffering for 6 weeks now.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Note the history of endoscopy performed today and impression was: erythema and congestion in 2nd part of duodenum compatible with duodenitis. polyp in fundus. some slight laxity of the EG (esophago-gastric) junction. was noted on retro-flexion. mild reflux in esophagus. mild erythema in the antrum compatible with gastritis. HIDA Scan suggested. Could these symptoms be caused by gallbladder disease. History in family of disease with no stones, Biliary dyskinesia and pancreatitis. Suffering for 6 weeks now.
The slight laxity of the lower EG junction allows the reflux of the stomach contents to come back to esophagus which is not a normal and called as GERD, gastroesophageal reflux disease.
Other associated findings indicate that you should have proper medical management with control of anxiety and stress.
