Hello

You have normal findings.
There is a single live fetus with cephalic presentation(means fetal head is towards maternal pelvis).

Maturity of fetus is 32 weeks.
Placenta is anterior in position,means it is situated in anterior wall of the uterus with grade II maturity.This is a normal finding.
Amniotic fluid amount is normal.
Fetal weight is also normal.
Fetal cardiac activity is normal with normal active body movements.
