Hi,

Single intrauterine gestational sac with single embryo means that you have a normally situated pregnancy with one baby in it .
This is a good sign.
As when a patient has one side abdominal pain in pregnancy we want to confirm if the pregnancy is in the womb or in tubes. For you it is in the womb so you can be reassured.
Also regarding the small echogenic area, it could a be a small collection of blood behind the placenta which gets absorbed on its own as the pregnancy advances.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
