What Does Shoulder Pain Along With Shortness Of Breath Indicate?

I am having arm and shoulder pain for about two months along with shortness of breath and trouble swallowing, I also have osteoarthritis and lupus. My family has autoimmune on my mom and dad side plus a lot of cancer...just wondering if I should be worried?

Shoulder pain along with shortness of breath could be due to a lot of causes, one of which can be irritation of the diaphragm causing irritation to C5-Phrenic nerve causing shoulder pain. Breathlessness along with shoulder pain could be due to Pnemonitis.
