Hi There After going through your query I understand your concern. I would like to tell you that lower left side of your abdomen is place where last part of your colon lies and in females left ovary is present of left lower abdomen. Minor pain in this area is generally nothing to worry about and gets clear on its own in couple of days. Common reasons of left lower abdomen pain are Diverticulitis, indigestion, gas, kidney stones, menstrual cramps,ovarian cyst, ectopic pregnancy etc that needs an evaluation for proper management. If you have any other symptoms like nausea, vomiting , fever, chills along with pain then kindly visit an ER if not then consult a Physican for physical and diagnostic evaluation.
