Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Looking at the hematology and urine report, there appears to be an acute urinary tract infection.
1. serum creatinine 1.62 is bit raised. It is possibly due to increased muscle breakdown due to fever. Should be repeated after 1 month of reduction of fever.
2. Hemoglobin 12.2 g% is normal.
3. WBC count and ESR is raised with increased no. of neutrophils suggesting bacterial infection
4. Urine is cloudy with high amount of leukocytes indicating urinary tract infection.

You are at present suffering from bacteria induced urinary tract infection. Discuss with your doctor for culture and sensitivity of urine to treat with antibiotics.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
