What Does Sensitivity At Penis Tip Indicate?

Sensitivity at tip of penis for about 8 days after rough sex with icy hot trojan condom. No pain, just sensitivity. During urine, no pain or burning. After urine, very slight feeling in urethra with urge to 'squeeze out more urine.' After urine, small drops of urine. No colored or clouded discharge from penis. After urine, small discomfort at base of urethra. Been drinking lots of water and cranberry juice. No bumps, swelling, redness, or any other visible signs on or around penis. No change in urine or bowel movement. No pain or discomfort anywhere else on body. No swollen glands or testicles.

I have read your question in detail and will try to help you in the best way possible.

It would be important to do a routine examination of urine to check for any infections. Some urinary tract infections can present without symptoms. That woukd still need antibiotics. Also as you are sexyally active. A physical exam that u have done most probebly shows no pathology but i would still like u to get an exam done by your primary physician.
I suggest u to use a barrier method of contraception like condoms everytime u r having sex as that is the only method to protect agaist sexually transmitted diseases plus the advantage of avoiding unwanted pregnancy.
Also i would like u to avoid vigorous sexual acrivities as it can harm both u ajd ur partners.
