What Does Semen Analyisis Showing Oligospermia Mean?

Hi doctor, I had my sperm text today .. The colour is creamy, volume is 4.8ml, PH 7.5, Protein is ++++, Viscosity is low, Liquefaction is 5mins, Motility.. Very motile 20%.. Fairly motile 30%... Non motile 50%, Morphology 70% normal... 30% abnormal, count 0.4 million sperm cells/ml, Comment.. Oligospermia

Hello dear user, thanks for consulting Healthcaremagic and sharing your concerns, Oligospermia refers to semen with a low concentration or deficiency of sperm in the semen (Low Sperm Count ) often semen with a decreased sperm concentration may also show significant abnormalities in sperm morphology and motility.
Achieving a pregnancy naturally may be a challenge in male with Oligospermia, it's a cause in the male infertility
