What Does Salmonella Type B Infection In Stools Suggest?

I have diarrhoe for more than a month and the testresult of my stoolsample showed that I have Salmonella type B in my digestion. What is it exactly and is it possible that it just causes me diarrhoe for a long time without any other diseases?

dear in chronic carrier stage it may present with asymptomatic. if it is symptomatic may present like loose stools or systemic infection. please get culture and sensitivity. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine for other possible causes for chronic loose motion and treat you accordingly.
