Iam a 32year old woman,5"4 in average shape.All bloodwork is good.Fairly healthy.Hx of cysts on ovaries,cold cone biopsy.Have one child.Please explain what this means "the myometrial echotexture is slightly heterogeneous with no focal masses"?Right ovary measures3.5x2.7x2.3cm complex septated hemorragic cyst or collapsing follicle measuring 1.9cm.Small exophytic follicle measuring 12mm.Uterus measures 7.9cmlongx4.5cm APx6.5cm transverse=120ml.What does all this mean?The mymetrial echotexture is slightly heterogeneous with no focal msses.Multiple nabothian lower uterine segment(english please)Endometrium measures 11mm.Trace endometrial canal fluid.Please explain all this to me.Iam a nervous wreck.My husband are desperately trying to have a baby.Am I going to be able to to get pregnant?
