What Does Retroverted Uterus,follicular Cyst And Fluid In Cul-de-sac Mean And What Is The Treatment For This?

.hi,pls I just had a pelvic scan and the result reads thus: a retroverted uterus measuring 68 x 36mm in length and * AP diameter with a homogenous myometrical echopattern and having an intact endometrial plate measuring 2.9 mmm. The left adnexa appeared free but the right side revealed a unilocular cystic structure without internal echoes, measuring x11x11x9mm. Features are suggestive of a follicular cyst. Also noted within the posterior cul-de-sac is significant fluid collection which could be due to PID. Pls can u explain all these in simple term to me and what I can do...thanks

According to the reports,
Main concern is significant fluid collection in POD(posterior cul-de-sac ),it may be due to pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).You need further investigation and clinical examination.
uterus is normal in size and echo texture.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.It varies with the stage of menstrual cycle.
Both adnexa are also normal.There is a follicular (physiological )cyst in right ovary measuring x11x11x9mm,which is normal finding.
