Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Panderm is cream containing very heavy ingredients like anti bacterial, anti fungal and steroids. So first of all, it cannot be used without prescription. But problem usually happen with people who are using it for very long time.
Panderm is very effective initially but due to long-term side effects of steroids, it starts creating problems like atrophy of skin and redness.
I would suggest you to immediately stop using this cream. Instead you can use cream containing
kojic acid and azelaic acic at night (which are very safe for long-term use along with some
home remedies like honey mix and applying lemon juice for 10 minutes and then wash away and applying almond oil rich in
vitamin E.
If condition still persists then
consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. Doctor may recommend procedures like chemical peeling, mircodermabrassion and
laser therapy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
