What Does Redness On Face After Using Panderm Plus Suggest?

hi, good afternoon.. i had used panderm plus for almost 4-5 months.. at very initial it gives me a fair complexion as well as glowness.. but after then i noticed some harshness as well as redness on my cheeks then pimples too start to grow. after that i stopped using that and due to non usage my complexion got dark.. i noticed difference in my neck and face color. pls suggest me what should i do now? i have stop using taht cream from last 2 months still i am facing the problem of dark complexion.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Panderm is cream containing very heavy ingredients like anti bacterial, anti fungal and steroids. So first of all, it cannot be used without prescription. But problem usually happen with people who are using it for very long time.

Panderm is very effective initially but due to long-term side effects of steroids, it starts creating problems like atrophy of skin and redness.

I would suggest you to immediately stop using this cream. Instead you can use cream containing kojic acid and azelaic acic at night (which are very safe for long-term use along with some home remedies like honey mix and applying lemon juice for 10 minutes and then wash away and applying almond oil rich in vitamin E.

If condition still persists then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. Doctor may recommend procedures like chemical peeling, mircodermabrassion and laser therapy.
